Open to forward-deployed and agent-infrastructure roles
Summary
I build where developer experience and agent experience collapse into one loop. For ~6 months I've run a 7-agent code-review fleet in production, routed entirely through OpenRouter: multi-model, multi-harness, autonomy tiers, kill-switches, cost-tracked at ~$0.28/review, with a reusable kernel, distribution, and operator control plane extracted underneath.
Before the agent era I spent 15 years doing customer-facing technical
work: I co-founded CityCoins, Bitcoin Faces, and AIBTC, founded the
stacksgov GitHub org (2020), and solo-ran a Las Vegas
technical-services company for 75 SMB clients across five industries. I
understand an unfamiliar stack fast, report on it clearly, and ship fixes
that earn trust.
Selected work
- Production agent fleet (2026). Seven-agent Fleet Council reviewing pull requests through various lenses, multi-model via OpenRouter, with autonomy tiers, kill-switches, and shadow cycles. ~1,032 agent PR reviews YTD, with verifier checks that catch and kill fabricated agent output.
- Open-source runtime, extracted from production. A
reusable kernel (
aibtcdev/agent-runtime: SQLite task queue, dispatch loop, adapters), an opinionated distribution (Bitcoin Agent OS), and an operator control plane (manage-agents). - Developer SDKs with a tight author-and-user loop.
aibtc-mcp-server(npm),agent-tools-ts,x402-stacks. I write the SDK and my own agents consume it the same day, so integration failures surface before a user hits them; error responses carry a stable machine code plus one actionable hint for the consumer to self-correct. - Upstream integration contributions. Merged into
ChainAgnostic,ordinals/ord,satoshilabs/slips, and Hiro APIs; opened a PR tocoinbase/x402adding a full ecosystem's support to a reference implementation. - Cost engineering, with receipts. An AIBTC edge stack's bill spiked $5/mo to $900/mo during a live event. Diagnosed an outgrown KV-first design, migrated KV-to-D1, and restored dropped indexes: zero downtime, D1 rows-read down 85%, KV writes down 99.3%.
- Money-grade reliability, by hand. Authored Clarity smart contracts securing ~$50M across two city treasuries, zero incidents in 5 years of mainnet operation, hand-built before I moved to AI-written code. Separately, minted 1.6M+ NFTs on Stacks in a two-campaign airdrop.
- Bitcoin-native agent identity. Co-founded AIBTC; authored SIP-041 (agent registries, the Bitcoin-native ERC-8004 counterpart). Drove the first sBTC transfer by an agent on sBTC day-zero (Dec 17, 2024). My agent Arc self-registered as agent #1 at Bitcoin block 936,293; first agent-to-agent BTC multisig at block 937,849.
Customer-facing & communication
- Technical onboarding is teaching, continuously. Primary speaker for the weekly Bitcoin + AI Working Group: ~100–150 presentations over 2–3 years, each a 30–60 min walkthrough plus live Q&A.
- Customer-facing technical operations at scale. Solo-owned a Las Vegas technical-services company: 75 SMB clients across healthcare, advertising, consumer products, construction, and real estate. Sole point of contact for onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and the relationship.
- Cross-functional by default. Chaired the Stacks Governance Consideration Advisory Board for 5+ years across four protocol eras, and have worn product, delivery, support, and relationship hats simultaneously.
LLM / production-AI depth
-
100% AI-written code since December 2025: per-repo Claude-Co-Authored
attribution documented and verifiable (e.g.
agent-contracts100%,aibtc-mcp-server90%). - Continuous frontier-tracking pipeline: scores ~50 arXiv papers/day and runs a per-release applicability assessment on every Claude Code release, with model evaluation and production-AI pattern analysis as a standing process.
- Model selection / routing / cost-per-task discipline against OpenRouter in production; MCP server development; Claude Code power-user (predated plan-mode + loop).
